My name is Manola de Moya, born and bred in the Dominican Republic, the second largest country in the Caribbean and, according to international financial institutions, one of the strongest and fastest growing economies in the Western Hemisphere.

I have been lucky enough, for almost a decade, to find my well-earned spot in my country’s booming real estate market, a market that has grown tremendously in the last 10 years and being Sales Top Producer most for the last 8 years. And nothing has given me more pleasure and satisfaction to work in an area that promotes the beauty, opportunities and sound financial investments possible in the Dominican Republic.

I received my degree in the Tourism industry at one of the top universities in the country, the Catholic University of Santo Domingo. I also studied Interior Design at UNPHU University, also a prestigious local university.

Although attracted to the tourism sector, I later realized that my true passion is real estate. In 2015 I started knocking on doors and, shortly after, I got fully involved in the sector. I was one of the lucky ones who managed to merge both careers: tourism and real estate.

And, it was through these two sectors that I was able to show, present and future clients, the many opportunities the country has to offer, especially for those clients looking to invest, find a vacation home, or simply a permanent residence in the country.

Since then, I have helped dozens of national and international clients find their dream home, be it in a pristine beach location, near a popular city, or in the mountains, for those seeking a quiet, natural and pristine location where they could relax and enjoy the beauty the Caribbean countryside has to offer.
